The temperature here has been a little crazy lately. Other than chilly fingers, the past few days have been fun. My relatives have been so patient ferrying us around, taking time off to have lunch, my dad cooking dinner almost every night. When the sun sets at about 5 40, we're all we have. The fact of my dad leaving next Wednesday is starting to hit me a pinch bit. We're gonna go look for a car for me on Monday. I've gotten my books for my cores this sem, my driving proof of age card, my id, mobile broadband, cell phone, timetables, basically all the basic essentials. I'm settling fine in my new home, my room's my new haven. I miss my friends in Singapore, with their farewell cards sitting at the table opened up so i can always find assurance when i'm feeling lonely. I look horribly fat in all my ids haha i'm starting to wonder if what i percieve myself to be is completely different from everyone else or maybe, the camera does add ten pounds. I've officially switched to blackberry! So add me on bbm 222F29CD! I have to say, i miss my iphone, it takes awhile to get used to the blackberry keypad which i'm well on my way to accomplishing. It makes me not want to text! Apple is billiant, period.

On the overall, perth is great. My dad and I were walking around the campus today and he asked me if i could see myself residing here in the future, if i wanted to continue doing my masters in WA. Lots to think about, its the weekends! How are you Singapore? Sunny, the city that never sleeps.

I'd like to cuddle into bed without bed socks or a jacket for once. I miss that.
I hate texting from WA to Phuket cause i have no idea how much it costs haha.
School resumes on Monday after a 1 year and a half holiday. Time to revive my dusty ol' brain.

So change is happening

Hi Singapore!
Firstly, thank you everyone who came to send me off at the airport! I wasn't expecting that many people, presents and cards but they're all so lovely. I especially love the cards and latters. So thanks again everyone. And thanks for spending the whole Friday and Saturday till i left baby. Sean told me he had a going away gift for me, i was expecting the ordinary and he gave me a bottle of his cologne cause he knows how much i love his scent, a thoburn singlet and my favourite puma pullover of his. Least i won't feel too lonely since i'll only be seeing him here in Aug!

So, I've been in perth the past couple of days and things have been great so far. I've moved into my apartment and pretty much settled down, got my student id but i'm still waiting to get a phone! I miss Singapore a little. The food, the people, how the shops close late. I've been spending time with my cousins and doing shopping, having home cooked meals! My apartment is lovely, i can see the river from my room and i'm really starting to love the chilly weather.

Weekends still running

How was your weekend? It still feels like the weekends for me.
Caught despicacble me in 3D, would so watch it again! Haven't brought my camera out since last Saturday so no pictures. I'm doing so later so hopefully Sean and I will be heading out for a good dinner. I'm losing my voice again, trying to salvage it with woods. It has the worst first taste ever. 4 days left till i leave on Saturday. My friends have been asking what time i'm leaving so just to clarify here, its 7.25pm T1! Even though i'm losing my voice, i'm still going on a food spree! I'm going to miss everyone. Missing all of you while freezing my ass in Perth haha!

Off to have lunch, get ready and laze a little a home. I missed home so much. I'm a little frustrated with the traffic police department. My license hasn't arrived yet and its almost been a month. How to drive there! Oooh they just called. I can collect it personally on Friday! :)
Fs me! It keeps me entertained haha.

Sean has been the sweetest to me the past few days, making me take woods and being really nice. Thanks a lot babe. Love you! And also, happy 2nd anniversary Han and Weejia!

The weekends are here. I'll update again. Its my last weekend in Singapore. Hope your weekend will be eventful. My friends are the sweetest, they surprised me with a jacket they'd know i'd be needing for the winter. Aw.

You took all my words when all I wanted to do was say them.

Meeting my friend's for a day out later. Haven't found the time to spend with them lately. Miss them heaps.
My mind's been on the edge recently. With things to mentally prepare myself for. Its 9 days left before i leave. I'll miss my friends, family, Hazel, Sean and not forgetting all the FOOD. I wish i could take it all with me, i wish it was possible. Will try to take lots of pictures later!

Its about 7 30am, time for bed. Night!

I love so many things about you.

The many things i love about you, are the reasons why i shouldn't.
Times change, so do people. Their thoughts change ever so constantly.
I wish things could be like how they used to be. Light and easy.

Photo weekend

My weekend was great!
Went to Phuture on Friday with Weejia, Han, Jen and Ben. The music wasn't the best but i did have fun! We left around 3, bumped into an old friend who i'll be seeing in Perth. Had high tea at Peach Garden on Saturday, everyone was so sweet to come cause it was suppose to be my farewell lunch. The tim sum was great! Such a pity i'm allergic to prawns so i didn't get to savour quite a variety but the soup kept me company just fine hehe. Everyone should have lunch at peach garden, it really is affordable! The first picture was taken somewhere last week. I thought the sky looked lovely so i couldn't help but take a shot. Its unedited anyway! Enjoy the pictures!





















In the evening Sean and I headed to Bjorn's for a BBQ. Bjorn's pug Monty is adorable! I love how his tongue always sticks out haha. The potato salad Ka brought went really well with bacon salt and the barbecued mushrooms were crunchy! We all went to Weejia's after to watch the soccer match. Which reminds me, i left my tub of ice cream at Sean's! Shall get it later haha.













My Sunday was spent indoors at Sean's. He played wow for most of the afternoon while i surfed the net. We watched the Runaways after and had dinner. Watched another 2 movies after dinner and turned in! He got up at 7ish this morning for work while i slept through till close to noon. I got a hug and kiss before he left haha. I felt like a wife watching her husband leave for work for a second, felt kinda silly. He told me to sleep through till he got back which is at 6pm. It's only half past two now! Plus i miss home. Ordered me a macs meal instead of heading out to get lunch cause my cramps are terrible.
